This practice conducts energy to infuse a person with healing and well-being. My sessions are fused with Shamanic practices - using the power of the elements, visualization, and channeling to bring the most healing to your energetic, mental and physical body.

I connect to the energy of 13th Octave LaHoChi. The 13th Octave is a process of conscious union within the heart of the Divine. “La” means Light and Love of God. “Ho” means Movement. “Chi” refers to Life Force energy. LaHoChi is the movement of light into your body at the speed of Love. It helps with anxiety, stress reduction, relaxation, and the opening and balancing of the chakras. It has been effective in helping physical, mental, and spiritual illnesses and promoting recovery.
During a session we begin with a phone call to go over how you are feeling and set an intention. I enhance the experience with crystals and sound vibrations and do a full auric clearing before the session starts. The energy works as you relax, lie back, and receive. We close with an oracle card reading and integration phone call. Sessions are 30 or 60 minutes.
