My momma raised me to believe in magic.

She showed me that with a shift in perspective, you can see the extraordinary everywhere.... in the stars, great literature, music, and travels to strange places. Magic is in my blood and my bones, my laughter and my tears.

After college I entered the fashion industry, and in 2010 co-founded the fashion brand Gypsy Warrior. Originating in a basement selling vintage clothes, Gypsy Warrior evolved into a wildly unique and popular e-commerce and brick and mortar store. During these years, I learned the hardships of getting swept up being a business owner with no regard for my physical and spiritual well being. While it was an incredible learning experience it came with hard lessons. Trying to meet unrealistic expectations, I began burning the candle at both ends. I developed crippling anxiety & depression, obsessive compulsive & eating disorders, chronic physical pain, and alcohol & drug dependencies. I lost touch with my body, my mind, and my spirit. My heart was shattered, and there was a gaping hole that was desperate to be filled. I knew something had to change… I followed the call to reclaim my wild and heal.

From my own lived experience, I believe in a holistic approach to living - the importance of the physical and energetic balance of body, mind, and spirit.
